Shipping Costs and Delivery Times at Tattoo Goods

At Tattoo Goods, tattoo artists, piercers, studios and professional users can order their tattoo and piercing supplies quickly and reliably. We ship products that are in stock throughout Germany and to numerous countries within the European Union. Depending on the delivery address, parcel weight, order value and item size, orders are shipped by DHL, UPS or, in the case of particularly large and heavy products, by freight carrier.

Shipping within Germany

Products that are in stock are generally delivered within approximately 2 to 3 working days when standard shipping is selected. Depending on the shopping cart contents, parcel weight and delivery address, you can choose between different shipping methods.

All shipping costs listed are subject to the applicable statutory VAT.

Free shipping from a net order value of €250

For orders with a net merchandise value of €250 or more, we ship standard parcels within Germany free of charge. Free shipping applies exclusively to regular parcel delivery within Germany.

The following are excluded in particular:

• express deliveries,
• freight deliveries,
• particularly heavy or bulky products,
• cash-on-delivery fees and additional service charges, and
• deliveries outside Germany.

International shipping within the European Union

Tattoo Goods also delivers tattoo, piercing, hygiene and studio supplies to numerous EU member states. Depending on the destination country, parcel weight, parcel dimensions and shopping cart contents, different shipping providers and shipping methods may be available.

Why do international shipping costs vary?

International shipping costs cannot be determined solely on the basis of the order value. The following factors are relevant, among others:

• the selected delivery country,
• the total weight of the order,
• the size and number of parcels,
• the available shipping providers,
• dangerous goods, liquids or special products included in the order,
• express or additional services, and
• any freight delivery that may be required.

The shipping price displayed during checkout is therefore the binding calculation for the respective shopping cart and selected delivery address.

Delivery times

Standard shipping within Germany

For products that are in stock, the delivery time within Germany is generally approximately 2 to 3 working days. For orders paid immediately, the delivery period begins after successful payment confirmation. For orders paid in advance, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment.

Express shipping

If express shipping is available, delivery may take place on the following working day. The order and payment must be received in full on a working day by the applicable cut-off time, generally by 11:00 a.m..

Express deliveries on weekends or public holidays are not automatically included. The shipping option displayed during checkout is decisive.

Deliveries within the EU

For international deliveries, delivery times vary depending on the destination country, shipping provider, transport route and shopping cart contents. The actual delivery time may therefore differ from the standard delivery time within Germany.

Shipping bulky and heavy products

Large or heavy products such as tattoo beds, studio furniture and certain equipment items cannot always be shipped as regular DHL or UPS parcels.

Depending on the product, one of the following options will be displayed during checkout:

• collection from Tattoo Goods in Dresden,
• delivery by freight carrier, or
• another individually available shipping method.

Additional costs may apply to freight deliveries. Delivery is generally carried out in accordance with the conditions of the appointed freight carrier. Please therefore provide a correct telephone number and an easily accessible delivery address.

Products may also be purchased directly from the Tattoo Goods warehouse.

Online orders can be collected directly from Tattoo Goods after receiving the relevant confirmation. For an online order that you wish to collect personally, it is best to complete the order using advance payment and any available shipping method. When you collect the order, we will adjust the shipping costs and payment method accordingly. Payment on site is possible by debit card, credit card, cash, PayPal or instant bank transfer.

Shipment tracking

As soon as your order has been prepared for shipment and a tracking number is available, you will generally receive a shipping confirmation by email. The link included in the email allows you to track the current status of your DHL or UPS shipment.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please also check the spam or junk folder of your email account.

Cash on delivery and additional fees

If cash on delivery is available for your order, you pay the invoice amount when the parcel is handed over by the shipping provider. A cash-on-delivery fee is charged in addition to the regular shipping costs. The total costs applicable to your order will be displayed during checkout.

The availability of cash on delivery may depend on the delivery country, shipping provider, order value and shopping cart contents.

Special conditions for tattoo inks, liquids and special products

Due to their properties, legal requirements, manufacturer restrictions or the transport conditions of the shipping provider, individual products may not be delivered to every country or may not be available with every shipping method.

The shop checks product availability based on the selected delivery country and the items included in the shopping cart. If a product cannot be delivered to the selected country, a corresponding notification will be displayed.

Are tattoo beds delivered by regular parcel service?

Large or particularly heavy products are frequently delivered by freight carrier or made available for collection. The shipping method available for the respective product will be displayed in the shopping cart and during checkout.

How can I find the shipping costs to Austria or another EU country?

Add the required products to your shopping cart and select the relevant delivery country. The shop will then display the shipping methods and shipping costs available for the order.
