Delivery

Please note: In the case of standard delivery, products in stock are delivered within approx. 1 to 3 working days, via UPS or DHL. For bulky items such as couches, you will only be offered the shipping method pick-up in the store or shipping by forwarding agency when you place the order. The shipping costs shown in the order completion are the cheapest shipping costs for your order when you select standard shipping within Germany in connection with the payment method prepayment, instant transfer, PayPal or credit card. If other payment methods are selected, additional service costs may apply.

For cash on delivery, the shipping service provider charges an extra collection fee, the cash on delivery fee, which we will show you in the order completion.

Free shipping for orders of € 250 or more: Standard shipping within Germany is free of shipping costs for orders with a net value of € 250. Free shipping does not apply to express deliveries or forwarding deliveries, as well as deliveries outside of Germany.

When ordering cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee is due.

UPS Access Point (UPS Locator)

UPS Access Point locations are part of the UPS network. They offer a convenient package pick-up or return service near your home or work. UPS Access Point locations have a large number of locations at newsagents, grocery stores, hypermarkets, etc. You can use the UPS Access Point network in a variety of ways due to long opening times.

Functions

In the event that you have a package sent directly to your home, but you are unable to receive the package, you may receive a UPS InfoNotice informing you that you can pick up your package at a nearby UPS Access Point.
Direct deposit: Direct deposit in a UPS Access Point. When ordering online, you have the option of having your goods deposited directly in a UPS Access Point.
