These have been in force since January 4th, 2022 and regulate the approval of chemical substances in tattoo inks or permanent make-up. A large proportion of all tattoo inks on the market are affected by this. The tattoo inks on our website are therefore marked according to their conformity with the Tattoo-REACH.
